PAYMENT TERMS

1.3 You acknowledge that the investment payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the investment terms specified on the Platform.
Payment Processing
2.1 Eki Digital will process the investment payment promptly upon receipt and verification of the payment.
2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that the investment payment details provided during the payment process are accurate and complete.
Investment Confirmation
3.1 Once the investment payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation of your investment through the Platform or via email, as specified by Eki Digital.
3.2 The investment confirmation will include relevant details, such as the investment amount, investment term, and any other applicable terms and conditions.
Investment Returns and Payouts
4.1 The return on investment (ROI) and payout terms will be specified by Eki Digital and communicated to you prior to making the investment.
4.2 Eki Digital will provide the investment returns as per the agreed terms, which may include interest payments or other forms of returns on the investment.
4.3 The payout of investment returns will be made to the payment method specified during the investment process or as otherwise agreed upon by Eki Digital.

7.1 The payment of investments and all related matters shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
